I am a what I would call myself a fussy and demanding client with high expectations of service from Melbourne and have owned and surveyed the Noosa property market for nearly 15 years so I would rate my knowledge of the area high . In that time I have met many Agents in the area and while they are adequate in what the do to sell properties ie go through the process of advertising , taking enquiries they fell very short on my expectations largely in relation to be able to accurately value a property according to the market (Im not talking about the value of what a person will pay for it but what it is actually worth ) – why is this important ? The fact that he fielded over 200 enquiries on our irreplaceable abode was an amazing feat in his belief in our property . Not once did he come back and try to lower the expected price we had agreed on just to get the sale done and move on . Agents like Petar help everyone in the area who owns properties by achieving the best price and not just a price thats offered – I know that my neighbours in Peppers will be over the moon with the record price he achieved with his shear hard work . The second element he bought to table was clear and concise communication I never once had to follow him up on any matter and when inspections were done he always rang or text me directly after the showing .
